Bible Story: Noah's Ark
Theme: Animals
We had so much fun today! When all our friends were arriving we played with trains, babies, and cars.
Then we went outside to play. Many liked to chase bubbles and go down the slide.
We came inside and did some dancing before getting chairs out for morning meeting. At morning meeting, we reviewed the story of Noah and read a new storybook about him. The kids were able to help me tell the story!
We had snack and got to play in the room for a little bit longer. We did a good job building trains together!
Then we went for an "Animal Walk" where we got to walk like animals. We stomped like elephants, slithered like snakes, and hopped like bunnies.
When we came inside, it was time for centers. Today we got to paint pigs to make them muddy. We used a sponge and practiced dabbing and holding the stick.
As we took turns painting our pigs, we played with our friends.
