Bible Story: Joseph
Theme: Camping
Our day began playing inside as everyone arrived.
Once everyone was here, we went outside to play. It was a nice morning!
We came inside, had snack, and did morning meeting. This morning we read about how Joseph helped his brothers even though they weren't nice to him. We sang our Jesus songs and also prayed. Then we moved into centers. Today's craft was roasting marshmallows over a campfire. The kids had fun stamping their hand to make the fire and putting the cotton balls at the end of the sticks.
If they didn't want their hands to be painted, they got to paint the fire with a brush.
During centers, we played with animals, trains, read books, and colored.
