Today is the last day of our bible story on Daniel and the Lion's Den.  We watched another video about Daniel being thrown into the lion's den.  We talked about what happened to Daniel and who saved him from the lions. Some of my friends knew right away, but we went over what happened and why this happened to him.

Today was the color "Pink" day.  We all had some shade of pink on today.  This was a fun week for all with the different themes each day.  We used bingo daubers to stamp the pink picture and glued pink tissue paper to it as well.  We were able to get outside early this morning and it wasn't quite so hot yet.  After snack we went out again and you could tell the temperature was a lot higher.  We listened to music as we decorated our picture and played on the climber and with the train tracks. We did some moving to music before lunch to get the wiggles out.

Mrs. Koenig was my helper today - some of the kids knew her from school.  Ms. Maddie will be back on Monday.

Early morning time to play outside before becoming too hot to be out.

Back inside we had free time to read books and play on the climber or with cars. I have been noticing a lot of playing together and sharing as well. At circle time, I am seeing more nice manners and sitting quietly as we listen to the Bible stories.

After snack we went back outside to find the temperature had gotten a little higher than earlier.  We still were able to play for a bit before heading back in to the cool room.

We cane back inside, washed our hands and got a drink from our cups.  The kids were a little thirsty from being outside.  We worked on our craft and listened to some music while we worked.  There were a few dancers in the group.

We had some free time before getting ready for lunch.  I noticed some of my friends were working together to put the train tracks together.
