Bible Story - Jonah and the Whale. Our theme for the week is Animals.
We have been truly blessed to have wonderful weather this week. It hasn't been too hot and we have been able to get out and play.
Today was the Inflatable Water Slide. They were already setting up early this morning. Our friends from the other room came to our room for a while to play til it was time to go to the Water Slide. Two of my friends had the same swim clothes on. I made sure that names were on the towels before we left the building. We were able to get outside before the sun got too bright. They had so much fun in the water. Most of the kids liked the end of the slide where it ended up in a little pool. After our time on the slide, we came back into our playground area and played there until they were called in to change clothes. All our friends watched the video of Jonah. We ate our snack and worked on our craft. We made some sheep. Then it was a little dance time before lunch.

Our sheep craft. Took cotton balls and google eyes to make this. They liked stretching the cotton balls and giving the sheep a coat.
