We played in the room until time to go to Chapel today due to it getting hot early. Chapel will be each Wednesday at 9:00 in the Church sanctuary. We will try to leave the classroom about 8:45 am on those days. After Chapel, we were able to play in the gym for a while. There were balls and hoola hoops for us to use. It was nice to be able to run around there and not be out in the heat.

We had our Ice Cream snack. Everyone liked it too. Some ate their regular snack too. They worked up an appetite playing in the gym.
The other ELP class came in to dance with us. We danced around to get the wiggles out being we couldn't go outside to play. Too hot out there.
We came back to the room and worked on a craft. We have been learning about Jesus healing the blind man so today the children colored a picture of the blind man and put bandaids over his eyes to show he could not see. When you turn the face around, you will see he is now able to see.
